Manchester International Festival has invited 50 artists to develop creative responses to MIF17 commissions. Inspired by MIF's pioneering Dark Matter gigs 'Greetings at 16 R.P.M' is an experimental animation illustrated by Nick Chaffe and kindly produced by James & James. The animation will eventually illustrate all the different greetings which are onboard the Voyager 1 Golden Record currently the farthest spacecraft from earth.
